I had an alarming and unacceptable experience with this company. After I submitted an honest review about a representative, that same rep was given my feedback and proceeded to contact me on Facebook roughly 15 times. This was unsolicited, unwanted, and absolutely harassing.
No customer should ever be targeted or intimidated for providing feedback. Sharing a customer’s private review with the employee in question and allowing them to repeatedly message me crosses a serious line and raises legitimate legal and privacy concerns. I am genuinely shocked this behavior is tolerated by any business.
I strongly urge the company to investigate this matter, implement proper boundaries, and ensure that no other customer is subjected to this kind of inappropriate and potentially unlawful conduct.

Donald cox continues to harass my daughter. I have spoken with multiple people from this company, all stating they’ve had tons of complaints and that he will be dealt with. Why is my daughter still receiving threats, calls etc for leaving a review? Pathetic.

I had been communicating with Donald Cox. It’s up there with one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Knew very little about friction rating and when questioned would get very rude. Told me I must be a Biden supporter then asked how I was handling things. I can see why there are so many poor reviews in regards to one Donald cox.

Great products. I tell people all the time. By the way I have not checked, do you carry a product that's like CRC lubricant. A company I know use to buy CRC but CRC canceled them because they weren't a big enough customer. The company is Capitol Machine in Jefferson City Missouri. Look them up. I told them about your company.

Started using the Schaeffer SynShield Durability Advantage 15W-40 in my 2015 Chevrolet 2500HD with Duramax Diesel engine. Haven’t had any issues with the oil and my engine runs about 2-3 degrees cooler than the 185 degree thermostat i have in it.
